Phil Brayshaw
Phil Brayshaw brings over 30 years of NHS experience, specialising in improving support for children and young people who are autistic, have a learning disability, or have special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Phil currently works for NHS England in a senior national leadership role, leading high‑profile programmes of work to strengthen services, reduce inequalities, and ensure national policy translates into consistent, person‑centred care.
