Robert is Head of Estates at StepChange Debt Charity, where he manages the organisation’s property portfolio and ensures its estate supports the charity’s operational needs. His role includes overseeing acquisitions, leases, and disposals, while making sure the spaces are fit for purpose and cost-effective. With over 15 years’ experience in commercial property and professional accreditation as a Chartered Surveyor, Robert brings practical expertise and a steady hand to the role. His background spans both private, public and third-sector work, giving him a balanced perspective on managing estates in a way that’s both strategic and grounded in day-to-day realities.
